Teen Training is for kids and young adults ages ten to seventeen. One to three teens work with a trainer to create and accomplish physical goals and have fun.
Teen training consists of strength training, functional training, and gymnastics. The strength training includes free weights and machines (age appropriate) utilizing proper technique and muscular isolation to increase muscle tone.
The functional training will incorporate medicine balls, thera bands, and stability balls to create dynamic weight bearing exercise to developed cardio and anaerobic thresholds and explosive/dynamic strength.
The gymnastics will act as a medium to utilize and evaluate strength gains. Students will use the different apparatus and trampolines for body weight strength, balance, spatial awareness and tumbling skills. All of which creates a well rounded comprehensive young adult training program.
