For children, we use gymnastics as a medium for physical fitness and strive to create an environment where children are shown respect, feel safe, are challenged physically, and develop ownership of physical skills. This approach is empowering and enables children to explore beyond their normal comfort level, resulting in independent, confident, and self-assured young people.
For teens, we employ an approach to personal training that creates a supportive environment which promotes confidence, independence, and fun. Within this structure, young adults can work out one-on-one with a trainer, or they can be joined by one or two friends for sessions that are socially exciting and create good fitness habits among peers. We believe this approach helps to create confident, healthy, and socially adept individuals.
For adults, our personal training programs are not only designed around individual needs, but also focus on achieving a level of fitness that makes daily life more enjoyable through freedom of movement, improved strength and increased energy.
